What areas do you deliver to?

We ship to three different zones in the Dallas area. To check availability in your area, take a look at our delivery zones map.

When are the meals delivered?

Monthly Orders will be delivered on 1st week of the month. Bi-monthly orders will be delivered on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month.

Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?

No, but you must provide an ice chest by the front door where the food can be placed. Otherwise your order will be available for pick-up the next business day at your nearest Festive Kitchen food shop.

Can I skip a delivery?

Unfortunately you can't skip a month and have 2 deliveries in 1 month. Suggestion: Have your monthly food given to someone else in need

What happens if I go on vacation?

If on vacation we will do whatever possible to deliver another week but it must be in the same month. However, we can't guarantee that this can be done.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

We require an initial 3 month membership. After that time, you can cancel with a 30 day notice. To make changes to your current plan, please contact us.

How do you make the food so delicious?

Every item from The Festive Kitchen is handmade from scratch using the finest ingredients. Nothing imitation, pre-packaged, or processed is acceptable.

Are the prices the same as the food shops?

No, it's cheaper! Pricing for subscription plans is 15% less than if the same food items were purchased in our food shops.
